Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026 · Provider: cybaaspace · Domain: cybaaspace.com
This Privacy Policy explains how cybaaspace collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal data when you use our website, customer panel, support desk, billing system, VPS services, dedicated servers, IP resources, automation, and related infrastructure services.
1. Data controller
cybaaspace is responsible for processing personal data related to account management, service delivery, billing, security, support, and platform operations. Privacy requests can be sent to support@cybaaspace.com.
2. Personal data we collect
We may collect account information such as name, email address, password hash, account role, account status, preferences, login sessions, two-factor or security settings, and communication history.
We collect billing and wallet data such as invoices, invoice items, wallet transactions, payment references, promo code redemptions, payment checkout identifiers, confirmation status, transaction identifiers, balances, and service renewal history.
We collect infrastructure data such as service UUIDs, hostnames, assigned IP addresses, reverse DNS records, OS image selections, package details, service location, power state, provisioning status, action history, metrics, traffic counters, SSH key metadata, network protection state, and support diagnostics.
We collect security and operational logs such as IP addresses used to access the panel, timestamps, user agent strings, CSRF/session events, audit logs, failed login attempts, security events, abuse reports, platform logs, and administrator actions.
3. How we use personal data
We use data to create and secure accounts, process prepaid billing, provision VPS and dedicated servers, allocate IP addresses, provide support, send service notifications, prevent abuse, investigate incidents, maintain accounting records, comply with legal obligations, and improve platform reliability.
4. Legal bases and legitimate interests
Depending on your location, we process data to perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate interests such as security and fraud prevention, and with consent where required for optional communications or specific features.
5. Payment processors and crypto transactions
When you add funds, third-party processors may process checkout, payment, swap, confirmation, blockchain, and transaction data. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. We store the data needed to match confirmations to invoices and wallet credits.
6. Cookies and sessions
We use essential cookies or session storage to keep you logged in, protect against CSRF, remember panel state, and secure account actions. The platform is designed to avoid unnecessary tracking cookies unless explicitly added later.
7. Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with infrastructure providers, payment processors, data centers, network providers, professional advisers, abuse desks, security partners, or authorities when necessary to provide services, resolve incidents, prevent abuse, collect payment, comply with law, or protect rights and safety.
8. International transfers
Infrastructure and service providers may operate in different countries. Where required, we use appropriate contractual, operational, or technical safeguards for cross-border processing.
9. Retention
We keep account and service data while your account is active. Billing, tax, fraud, abuse, audit, and security records may be retained longer where required for compliance, dispute handling, accounting, chargeback prevention, legal claims, or network protection. Metrics may be aggregated or deleted according to operational retention rules.
10. Security measures
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures such as password hashing, role-based access, CSRF protection, session controls, audit logging, restricted internal paths, service UUIDs for public links, firewall/IP filtering, worker separation, and access limitation for administrative tools.
11. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, or export your personal data. Some requests may be limited where retention is required for billing, legal, abuse prevention, or security purposes.
12. Abuse and security investigations
When services are involved in abuse, we may preserve relevant logs, traffic metadata, assigned IP information, tickets, invoices, and service actions. This helps us respond to complaints, protect third parties, and comply with upstream or legal requirements.
13. Children
cybaaspace services are intended for business and technical users and are not directed to children. Do not create an account if you are not legally able to enter into a service agreement.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, providers, legal obligations, or operational practices change. Updated versions will be published on this page.
15. Contact
